Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of my products being delicate, they will be packed thoroughly and, a fragile sticker will be placed in every package. If your items come broken you can contact us ASAP.

Please keep in mind that all the products are made, invoiced, packed, and mailed by me. So during the high volume of buyers, there may be delays.

Further, there may be additional delays due to weather conditions. This information will be notified to all the buyers.

All orders are shipped Mondays and Wednesdays of the week.

Here is a little on what to expect:

Handling: 1-3 days

Shipping: 3-5 business days for general shipping

Exchange Policy

Lama lama creates limited quantity products so, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if you receive the wrong order, it will be available for exchange free of the shipping charge. Further, your original order will be sent through expedited shipping.
